TERMINOLOGY

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions. Art Beat Miami will be referred to as ‘ABM’. The website will be referred to as ‘the Site or Services’.

PAYMENT

Transactions of Artworks are done via PayPal site for processing payments.

ELIGIBILITY

The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

COLOR

You understand and agree that ABM uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of Original Works of Art, Sculpture and Printed Works accurately via the Site and Services. However, because individual computer monitors may display colors differently, ABM is not responsible for the color accuracy of any Original Works of Art, Sculpture or Printed Works displayed on the Site or Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

ABM reserves the right to cancel any order if ABM determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site or Services. If ABM cancels an order placed via the Site or Services, ABM will send you an apologetic email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery should take between 2-7 days (for original works) depending on where the destination is. Delivery time is longer for international clients, framed works and printed works. ABM will get in contact with you regarding delivery times for these two categories. Most artworks will not have glass but require substantial packaging so they are not damaged in the delivery process.
